- Technical issues on student's end (internet, device problems)
- Dissatisfaction with course content or teaching methodology
- Inability to attend scheduled classes or sessions
- Course termination due to policy violations
- Non-utilization of course materials or resources
- Failure to complete the course within the stipulated time

Transfer Options

- Credit Note: In rare cases, we may issue a credit note for future courses (valid for 6 months and subject to management approval)
- Deferral: You may request to defer your course to a later date (subject to availability and administrative fees)
Important: Transfer requests must be made in writing at least 7 days before the course commencement date and are subject to approval and applicable fees.

- You have read, understood, and accepted this no-refund policy
- You will not request refunds under any circumstances
