Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AllyTech Services' website, services, and courses, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

Enrollment & Registration

Eligibility Requirements:

• Students must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in our courses
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Possess the necessary educational background for the chosen course
• Agree to abide by institute rules and code of conduct

Registration Process:

• Complete the enrollment form with valid information
• Submit required documents (ID proof, educational certificates)
• Pay the course fees as per the payment schedule
• Receive confirmation email with course details

Fees & Payment Terms

Course Fees:

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹)
• Fees include course materials, training, and certification
• Additional costs may apply for extra services or materials
• Fees are subject to change with prior notice

Payment Schedule:

• Registration fee: Payable at the time of enrollment
• Course fee: Payable as per the selected payment plan
• Installment plans available with additional processing fees
• Late payments may attract penalty charges

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Student:

• No refund after attending the first class session
• Registration fee is non-refundable in all cases

Cancellation by Institute:

• Full refund if course is cancelled by the institute
• Option to transfer to another batch or course
• No liability for incidental costs (travel, accommodation, etc.)

Course Transfer:

• Course transfer requests must be made in writing
• Transfer fee may apply for batch changes
• Subject to availability in the requested batch

Course Conduct & Attendance

Attendance Requirements:

• Minimum 75% attendance required for certification
• Inform in advance for planned absences
• Make-up classes subject to availability and additional charges
• Excessive absenteeism may result in course termination

Code of Conduct:

• Maintain professional behavior during classes
• Respect instructors and fellow students
• No disruptive behavior in the classroom
• Follow institute rules and regulations
• Maintain academic integrity - no plagiarism or cheating

Certification & Placement

Certificate Eligibility:

• Successful completion of course requirements
• Minimum passing score in assessments
• Satisfactory attendance record
• Completion of all assigned projects and assignments

Placement Assistance:

• Available to students who complete the course successfully
• Subject to student performance and market conditions
• Not a guarantee of employment
• Institute acts as a facilitator between students and employers

Intellectual Property

Institute Materials:

• All course materials, content, and curriculum are proprietary
• Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials
• Personal use of materials for learning purposes is permitted
• Commercial use of institute materials is strictly prohibited

Student Projects:

• Students retain ownership of their original project work
• Institute may showcase student projects for promotional purposes
• Attribution will be given to the student creator

Prohibited Activities

Students are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing login credentials or course access with others
• Recording classes without explicit permission
• Using institute materials for commercial training
• Harassing staff or other students
• Damaging institute property or equipment
• Engaging in any illegal activities on institute premises
• Sharing confidential information about the institute

Limitation of Liability

AllyTech Services shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Student's inability to secure employment after course completion
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
• Third-party services or websites linked from our platform
• Force majeure events affecting course delivery

Termination of Services

Grounds for Termination:

• Violation of code of conduct or institute policies
• Non-payment of course fees
• Academic dishonesty or plagiarism
• Disruptive behavior affecting other students
• Illegal activities on institute premises

Consequences of Termination:

• Immediate removal from the course
• No refund of fees paid
• Revocation of course access and materials
• No certificate issued

Amendments to Terms

AllyTech Services reserves the right to:

• Modify these terms and conditions at any time
• Update course content and curriculum as needed
• Change fee structure with prior notice to students
• Update policies to comply with legal requirements

Students will be notified of significant changes via email or website announcements. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion and mediation.
